Terms:

• All travel, framing and shipping expenses are in addition to the prices listed above.
• Each additional figure is 20% less than the base price.
• The addition of animals in a portrait is 20% of the portrait price.
• Detailed backgrounds range from $1,000 to $2,000 depending on the size and composition of the portrait.
• Payment is due half in advance, half upon completion.

Linda Harris Reynolds will travel to the client’s location for a photography session. At this time, Ms. Reynolds will discuss the client’s expectations for the portrait and begin shooting digital photos. The client and the artist will select the best portrait composition. Ms. Reynolds will then return to her studio and complete a full-scale charcoal sketch to provide the client with an idea of the final composition. Upon completion of the portrait, the artist will mail photographs and/or email digital photographs of the completed painting to the client for approval. Upon approval, the painting will be shipped to the client. Of course, the artist will consult with the client on frame selection.
