Prices & Terms
$6,000 for a bust portrait (20” x 25”),
$9,500 for a half length portrait (30” x 40”), and
$25,000 for a full-length portrait (50” x 90”).
Prices listed are for single subject portraits. Commissions consisting of more than one figure are subject to an additional fee as follows:
75% more per extra figure,
25% more per animal.
- Prices include the sitter and a colored, atmospheric background. Prices are subject to additional fees depending on the desired complexity of the background and/or the amount of requested props.
- Portrait sizes are general and may vary slightly according to the design of the painting.
- Proportions above are for life-sized or close to life-sized portraits.
- A minimal time requirement of 6 – 8 hours with the sitter is necessary for reference photography and color sketches. The schedule of the client permitting, more time is preferable for work on the finished painting.
- The artist's costs of travel, lodging and framing are the responsibility of the client.
- Payment will be made half in advance, half upon completion.
